I sent a message to @CS_Agent but there is no response!

@AnonymousI wanted to set a pin code for my sim card, it needed PUK Code, then it's turned to locked and now it says:
"Enter PUK,
Your SIM cannot be accessed. Please call your carrier to obtain your PUK code."

Unfortunately then yes you can only wait for them. I believe it's first come first served. Some say there's some priority given to requests. I don't think anyone but the company knows for sure.

I agree but that is how the system is at the moment.

did you provide your sim number to the mods. it might make process go faster once tehy get to you.
