    <description>&lt;P&gt;These reported response times are definitely abnormal.&amp;nbsp; I have had 3 interactions in the past week and based on my personal experience, turnaround time is between 1 and 2 days.&amp;nbsp; I had one ticket extend by a couple of days due to handoff.&amp;nbsp; The moderator looking after my issue did not complete the necessary work before end of shift and it was like going back into the&amp;nbsp;beginning of the queue waiting for someone else to take over the case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you access your voicemail etc? With your SIM card inserted do you have Public Mobile displayed on your phone or it is just No Service? I am wondering is your account if still active on Public Mobile, if you have been compromised, someone might had ported out your number from Public Mobile to somewhere else. In that case, the moderators can't help you and you have a lot of fires to put out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Public Mobile is cheap because we all skimp on the customer support side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you are continuing to wait (who knows where you are in the queue), I would suggest just open a new account could be Lucky etc (If you want to stick with Public Mobile, you will need a new email), then go to your bank branch and at least get your banking side of things back in order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As you're finding out, there are some serious shortcomings with PM and only you can determine if those shortcomings are tolerable. PM is usually pretty stable...but can be flakey from time to time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck whatever you do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
