    <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to transfer my number from Koodo - however on the registration page it asks you to first register a new number, then "contact us" if you click the contact us link it goes to the main page - not sure how I contact someone to have the number ported?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do the activation with a new number and then send a private message to the Moderator_Team and ask to port in your Koodo number.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Koodo prepaid I assume&amp;nbsp; because if it's postpaid you can do it yourself in the self serve&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When a number porting request fails, Public Mobile even sends a text message out to customers to fill out a form that doesn't exist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The private messaging to Moderator_Team is your only point of contact to contact customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
