      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did put my SIM in my phone before I did the activation.&lt;BR /&gt;After I did my activation, I rebooted my phone couple times until it connect to Public Mobile network. (About be one minute between each reboot.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did two activations, the second one took longer, may be 15 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently joined Public Mobile. I inserted the sim card right after I got it even before activating it. Caused no issues for me and it started working within a few minutes after activating&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
