    <description>&lt;P&gt;Publicmobile shut off my phone again, even though I'm on autopay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to log into the site to pay manually, but -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website no longer recognized my password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's the rub, though --&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now everytime I change my password, the site continues to refuse to recognize the password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Y'all literally&amp;nbsp;don't know the accounts you're&amp;nbsp;dealing with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This site is truly a sisyphian nightmare.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish I could get refunded the time I've spent trying to think ways around this horribly designed system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What a joke.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;not that this response really deserves a response, but —&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as mentioned, i would have manually paid had the website allowed me to log in, but, again as mentioned, the website is now refusing to recognize my account, even after repeatedly changing my password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;glad to head your life is good, though? weird flex but ok&lt;/P&gt;</description>
