US roaming data is not working

I bought the 10 day 1 GB US data roaming add-on yesterday and it is not working.

Purchasing us roaming add-on is a two step process. You need to add and purchase it.

@jea1 First off make sure that roaming is turned on. Access selfserve and make sure the addon shows up on your landing page. If not, then you need to purchase it as above.

Another thing to remember is that the Data Add-on you purchased only works whilst in USA. If you're in Canada, it won't function until you head south.
