@nelcris2 yes you can, or you can buy a Sim card and do it online or go to a Walmart or a few other stores that do it. The public mobile kiosk would be the best! Just keep your Rogers account active and it will automatically close after its ported. And make sure your phone is unlocked!

You can but some advise to take new phone number and do porting at home. This allows you to check of everything works before porting.
