      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there- I am trying to pay the bill but every time I try it says I have enough balance. When I check my balance it says 0.00 and when I check the payment history it says a payment is due!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really need to figure this out- please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
