Log in to your self-serve account and see the status. If it says Expired/Suspended, try enabling/disabling the lost/stolen feature. Sometimes this triggers the renewal process when it is stuck for some reason.

@Jim1992 If you phone still works you can ignore that message. It means you plan is going through the renewal process. Everything will be back to normal within the next day.
