(Hide any personal info)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unless you, or someone who has access to your self-serve account, a plan change must be notified to you 30-days in advance by the terms of service.&amp;nbsp; As Public Mobile is prepaid, it would most likely be sent via text message, as there are no printed bills, and email communications&amp;nbsp;are rare for anything other than sign up and community notifications.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
