      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you provide extra details? What you think happened the over charge amount? Etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Typically most overcharges are related to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) people not realizing taxes are not included in the website price&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) people doing an immediate plan change vs a future one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) trying multiple times to process a payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
