      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure if I am missing something here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I *swear* a read an announcement about a new / improved self serve ticketing feature to resolve communications issues&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But... WHERE is it???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't see anything and even asking Simon point blank (he offers to help really doesn't want me to contact mods heh) simply results in him opening up a blank email form?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
