Also try to add&amp;nbsp; a top up payment of a $1. If you still have problems then contact a moderator.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My service got cut yesterday morning cuz the autopayment didn't get through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made the payment manually and I got the service back but after a couple of hours my service got cut again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My balance is filled with that money that I transferred, and the amount due is zero but I have no service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Go into your self-serve account, report your phone as lost/stolen. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Log out, wait 5 minutes. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Log in and report it found, then restart your phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
