    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/80321"&gt;@Gritch62&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; selfserve is uses email for 2 things&amp;nbsp; username which you can change by logging in and changing it, and for account contact address which need to be changed by mods as mentioned above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't login because you don't remember the password then you need help from mods as mentioned above.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you use Gmail you can create Gmail aliases name+abc and name+1234@gmail.com&amp;nbsp; both ho to name@gmail.com&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 3 accounts, one for me and two for my kids... I no longer have access to the email addresses used to set up the kids' accounts and want to set up new self server accounts based on their phone numbers... how do I go about changing the email for their accounts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The link&amp;nbsp; sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it.
