Is the payment still in your available funds or was it used to renew you plan? Plan &amp;amp; Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.&lt;BR /&gt;See what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don’t know if anybody can help me. I just renewed my plan for province wide calling. However it seems my region must be set differently as I can’t call out and it says I need long distance add on even though I’m making a local call. Help please!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
