I need my Puk code. I just got my plan on the 24th and my sim card said I needed a puk code.

You need to get that from your last carrier or the phone maker. You phone must be locked to last provider.

The first thing to determine is which type of code your phone is prompting for.

Were you in the process of chaning your sim card's security PIN but then didn't know it?

Is your phone asking for a sim network unlock puk?
