      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello guys, I was trying to activate my sim card and port my number from another provider. The payment went through my credit card but I got a message says that account not activated, pkease contact public mobile. That was around 5 pm today and so far the sim is not active and whenever I try to activate it says (invalid sim)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Who is the old provider ? Sometimes it could take a few hours to complete a port.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The old provider is Telus. I did the same for my wife yesterday and took exactly 10 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure you use a different email address for each account. You can use the same credit card...but not the same email address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
