      <description>&lt;P&gt;I registered my new Public Mobile SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I setup my account email, password, security question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I picked a new phone number from the screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I selected my monthly plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I entered mt credit card info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything seemed so smooth and I got a message saying my registration FAILED!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Meanwhile, my credit card had been charged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Was it Koodo/Telus Prepaid? If so, did you use same email as what you used on them, Then that's why the porting failed. Temporarily use an alternate email for the porting process, and after porting finishes and service operating normally, Edit your email back to preferred choice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, Was account Still active, NOT suspended or Deactivated at time of port, Payments up to date and not behind in arrears?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you enter ALL YOUR Account Info, Account #, Pin # exactly as Previous carrier had set up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using LG Nexus 4, running on Android 5.1.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I powered off the phone. Then inserted the Public Mobile SIM card.&amp;nbsp; The phone can read the SIM card. I looked at the setting of my phone:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;About phone&amp;gt;Status&amp;gt;SIM status&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It shows as "Public Mobile". It is also showing the correct phone number which I newly registered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Be sure to include either your phone number or account # in the message. You should hear back within 48 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I couldn't see if you were a Koodo customer before PM and have used the same email address for both accounts. If so, you could try&amp;nbsp;changing your Koodo address. That cured the problem for another customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the phone sees the PM network can you call/text?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The monthly payment will be $33.90 with tax.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I entered my credit card information and the payment transaction was ok. I see Public Mobile charged $33.90 to my credit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A minute later, I also received an email from "Public Mobile (&lt;A href="mailto:public-mobile-notifications@publicmobile.ca)" target="_blank"&gt;public-mobile-notifications@publicmobile.ca)&lt;/A&gt;", which says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;=========================================================&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for choosing Public Mobile. Talk is not included in your current plan…"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(3) I cannot access My Account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to &lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/&lt;/A&gt; with my email address and password, it says "Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to "Create Account" with my phone number, it says "The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to reset my password, after I entered my email address, it says " Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address. "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THANKS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I cannot access self serve or register myself with my activated number because that gets an error too.
