First is to make sure your plan is still Active. Have you run out of talk and text ? Go to My Account and make sure your plan is still Active.

If you've confirmed that plan is Active and you haven't used up all your call / texts, you can try to cycle phone off and on again. Make sure battery is charged. If all else fails, you'll have to contact the mods. Make sure to give them all of your account info as well as an outline of the problem. Turn around time can be 24 to 48 hours or more. Good luck.

Before contacting the moderators, try the lost/stolen solution.
Log in to self-serve. Select Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Select Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Click on Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait for 5 minutes minutes, then log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and click on Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone. This trick seems to be a hail mary that has been quite effective with your type of conundrum Good luck.
