      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m traveling in the us right now and purchased the 10day data roaming but can not get it working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im on $10 voice plan and 1G data add on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;successfully purchased the 1G 10 day data plan for us roaming&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried ATT and T-Mobile APN settings. None of them is working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Public Mobile APN settings should still be used while roaming.&amp;nbsp; Is the network allowing your phone to connect at all?&amp;nbsp; Any emergency calls only or no service on-screen messages?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Which means I completed the payment procedure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i restore the apn setting to the default isp.mb.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tried att and T-Mobile restarted multiple times. None of them works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then choose&amp;nbsp; Lost/Stolen Phone &amp;nbsp;tab. &amp;nbsp;The choose&amp;nbsp; Suspend Service &amp;nbsp;tab. &amp;nbsp;Logout.&amp;nbsp; Wait few minutes.&amp;nbsp;Login in and report your phone&amp;nbsp;found. &amp;nbsp;Reboot your phone.
