      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is your Public Mobile account active? As in you can use all the paid for functions and it's not in suspension?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All accounts need to be active and in good standing to allow for a successful port-out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need to re-activate just for porting you could do so on the $10 plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also make sure that the account number is correct, including the 10000000xxxxxx.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was implying the&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;ideal&lt;/EM&gt; situation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/66457"&gt;@gajan1987&lt;/a&gt;, on the Public Mobile end, you are required to keep the account active.&amp;nbsp; It is on the Rogers end that all the heavy lifting is done.&amp;nbsp; In your new Rogers account, you will be submitting the porting information.&amp;nbsp; If there is failure, you need to go to your new provider for assistance.&amp;nbsp; Public Mobile cannot assist with porting out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
