      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue is there were 2 phones linked to my bank both on auto pay I did not top up the account as soon as I deposited the money into my bank it was gone I have checked both phones and neither are active I plan on canceling the autopay as it never seems to work right&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah my account shows the 4$ in rewards I have plus the 1$ I topped up to try that method of restarting the process and my boyfriends account shows his rewards that’s it I checked the payment history on both accounts and the payment isn’t there so I have no idea where it went I’m going to the bank tomorrow to see if they can cancel that charge&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
