    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why doesn't&amp;nbsp;Public mobile have a customer service that can answer my problems with my payment? In stead, they just cut me off. I sure would like someone to tell me why they won't accept my Visa, Mastercard or my Visa Debit card I want an answer from Public Mobile or I will go to a different service!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

All support questions go through this community and for major account problems you need to contact the mods.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it a Canadian credit card you would like to use? Public Mobile only accepts Canadian ones.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/66112"&gt;@DeryllW&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the key to making the PM system accept your credit card is to enter all the info (essentially your name and address)&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;exactly&lt;/EM&gt; the way it appears on your credit card statements, right down to capitalization, punctuation, abbrevating/not abbreviating rd/ave/st etc., and so on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One that helps a lot of people that live in places with a unit/appartment number is to enter it all on line 1 if your credit card combines them.&amp;nbsp; So for example, if you live in unit #123 at 555 Fake St and your credit card statement prints your address as "123-555 FAKE ST", enter exactly that in address line 1 and leave the appartment/unit number field blank.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
