Hi there, Two days ago I've changed my plan from 25$ to 10$ as that was my balance on my account. The day after my account has been suspended. I toped up via credit card for amount 10$ - nothing has changed. I bought voucher as well so I toped up another 28$. Right now I have 38$ balance and my account is still suspended and the pop up: " plan expired". How can I fix this? Thanks!

@volverse, When you log into your self server, what is the plan that you see? Is it the old plan or the new one. If it is the new one, you can try the lost / unlost trick. It might re-activate your plan. Go into self serve, report your phone as lost. Log out, wait a few minutes, and then log in and mark it as no longer lost (I'm not sure what the actual wording is). Then restart your phone. This often forces the system to reset.
