    <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined this week and was given a coupon/voucher from Walmart (Canada) for a 40$ voucher that essentially gives me a free month. Maybe they forgot to give you a the voucher that you have to punch in the code online to receive it...&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;They had previously run out but just got them in again the day I was in there.&amp;nbsp; You may have to call around to a few Walmart's to get the voucher if they have it in stock...&amp;nbsp; Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you log into self serve is there any account balance?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you change your plan to a more expensive one or purchase any add ons?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you post a screen shot of your account history?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public mobile will honor there promotion if they made a mistake.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
