      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im having troubles reactivating my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently do not have any other credit cards to try out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im constantly getting a "Unable to process transaction" error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Possibly due to excessively trying to pay my bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any way to make progress with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They probably think it's a security breach and lock you out like password attempts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good you got it working and how nice of your friend.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
