I changed my SIM card and now it says I need an add on to make a call that is not long distance

When you log in to selfserve, what plan does it say that you have?

@Llyr, try toggling the lost/stolen phone feature in your self serve account. Reboot the phone each time.

That's an interesting addition.

Restart after suspending? Then restart after resuming? I've so far been suggesting just the final restart. So that would be good information to know. Thanks
