I live in Kitchener and work in Waterloo and currently I have not had any issues. In fact, I was with Rogers and now find that I drop calls less, my call reception is clearer and my data is on par if not a bit faster than it was with them.

PM uses the Bell/Telus network for it's service so the coverage far exceeds services like Wind (which has terrible coverage in KW)

^Its a known fact for years that Bellus has had more bigger and better coverage then Rogers

This is funny! I live in Hamilton. I had Telus before signing up with PM.

PM works better! not sure how but i get better reception and my Data works faster!

so whatever PM does - they do it right;)

lol I agree @Litvinau_A I have never had a problem when it came to calls and data and messeges seem to go through super fast. I still have an active koodo line and i dont know but it seems slow for the most part compared to pm.
