      <title>Data is not working with my iPhone 8 Plus</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my data is not working on my iPhone 8 Plus&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i purchased a sim yesterday afternoon and it still isn’t working. When I log into my account it says active. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven’t used any data what so over. It says 4.3 gb available. I went to the store I got the data and sim from and my data works in another phone. On your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Cellular &amp;gt; Cellular Data Options &amp;gt; Cellular Network&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;or&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Mobile Data &amp;gt; Mobile Data Options &amp;gt; Mobile Data Network&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may need to restart your phone. If you update your IOS version you may need to put these in again.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Welcome to Public Mobile&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/64359"&gt;@jabiscusss18&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't see if you mentioned whether or not calling and texting was working with your account yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a new number or a port over from another carrier?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes you might need to check the carrier settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;General-&amp;gt;About-&amp;gt;Carrier&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also turning on Cellular Data, LTE and Roaming could help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cellular-&amp;gt;Cellular Data Options-&amp;gt; Enable LTE and Data Roaming&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network Selection-&amp;gt; Automatic&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Give those settings a try and report back if it still isn't working and we'll see how we can help further.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear about the trying experience right at the beginning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
