      <description>&lt;P&gt;Paylpal's SMS verification service is flaky. I would never get them when I was on Rogers, but I did on Telus.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can switch your 2FA method on Paypal to Access token and use Norton's VIP Access app for the codes/&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to do so 3 days one after another. I called Paypal. They directed me to Public mobile. With Bell I didn't have such an issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I changed the phone services provider keeping the same number and just need to verify the phone. No other method is available for that. I asked PP representative in person about that&lt;/P&gt;</description>
