Curious as to why when I first came to this company my plan was always due on the 10th and every month seems to be earlier and earlier got a notification that its due tomorrow don't understand this

It's 30 days...not a calendar month. You can thank Pope Gregory.

Common question. Public Mobile plans are every 30 days. Not every month. Kinda of a hassle toi remember if you have to top up your funds, but that is the way Public Mobile operates.....

There are 90 day cycles also, and used to be 10 day cycles too.
