      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my plan expired because my&amp;nbsp;card payment failed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to re-pay but it didn't work so I deleted the card and tried to re-add it. Now I just get a failure message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Unable to Process Transaction &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Sorry, we are unable to verify your credit card information, so this purchase could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;I sent a private message yesterday but haven't had a response and my phone is currently unusable. So I'm not doing that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've already tried a different browser and all the rest of the tricks listed throughout the forum with no luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In BC where I am, the total cost of the voucher comes out to be a hair less than what it would cost with taxes in a store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
