Your account number can be found in two places. 1) upper right of self-serve 2) welcome email.

The email address of the inbox that the welcome email came to would also be your self-serve log in.

Try using it and try the Forgot your password? link to try to reset your password so that you can log in.

If it does not work, you will need to contact moderator. Moderator can get you access to your self service account. The account number is on the upper right hand corner in self service account.

I suspect you haven't had a reply from the moderators yet.

What are you needing to do that you need into your self-serve account?

loginto selfserve and in the topp right corner you will see your account number it has lots of 0 in it.

also this is a public forum do not post personal info. and no need to start 3 threads on same topic.
