      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I tried to port from another carrier yesterday and today but kept saying error. Went to walmart and the rep tried but still saying error. He said maybe my balance with the other carrier was high so paid it in full today. He tried again but unsuccessful. He called Public but then the Public rep says my number is already active so he can't do anything. Please help. What do I do ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
