My SIM card is locked now, I cannot call out , now I need PUK code, where can get the code?

By the way, my data doesnot work , what's the reason and how to settle?

Hi @rosa307 , if your phone is still locked to your previous carrier, you would need to contact them to get the PUK code and it's free of charge.

@rosa307What phone are you using AND what is the EXACT error message? It can help us decipher where you need to go to get the unlock code. Were you able to use the phone and Public Mobile before?

If your data doesn't work, what is your phone? If it is an Android phone, you will need to setup the correct APN. You can find the APN setting for Public Mobile here.
