I can't make local outgoing calls. When I try I get a message saying I don't have an active long distance add on. And this call is not covered by my plan. What's wrong???

@Alberto9154 that says you are out of minutes on a 10 or 15 dollar plan you can purchase a 5 dollar 500 min add on its a good deal and the minutes stay on your account until all used up
