      <title>Ported Number Over 12 hours Can't Receive Calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We've tried rebooting and taking the Sim out and rebooting and it still isn't working. Also tried suspending phone from self serve and reactivating phone, them rebooting the phone, but still nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know if there is anything else we can try, or is there a Mod we can contact to look into the porting for our phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you ported from landline, it can take a couple of days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I tried using the old SIM and it's no longer working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sent a message to the mods, so am waiting for their reply. Login to your selfserve account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Choose the Lost/Stolen Phone tab. Choose Suspend Service tab. Wait 15 minutes. Report your phone found. Re-start you phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm hoping that someone didn'r mistakenly call in to cancel the service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
