Hi my plan is 6GB Data 4G over 90 days

Unlimited International Text

Unlimited Provincial Talk

$6 Loyalty

$6 Autopay

I am thinking of changing plans but first would i lose my $6 loyalty and $6 Autopay if i switch ?

Also can anyone explain unlimited international text ?

@Caeser rewards are associated with you account and not your plan so you will not lose them by switching plans.

International texts means that you can send a text to any number in the world free of charge while in Canada.

You would not lose your rewards. If you change to a 30 day plan then it will reduce to 1/3. If you do an immediate plan change, the rewards will delay until your next renewal after that.

You can text to anywhere while IN Canada.

@Caesar You would not lose loyalty or autopay rewards if you changed plans, but it will change to $2 each if you change your plan to a 30 day one. Unlimited international texting is texting from within Canada to anywhere in the world, including picture and video messages.

@CaeserThere is no 90 autopay.. basically 90 days is the same as 30 days.. just the benefits are given to you in a 90days (so *3) instead of once every 30 days.

If you choose a 30 day plan, you can't select 90 day autopay. It will become 30 day autopay automatically. Then your credits would be $2 for both each month.

@Caeser The autopay reward has always been $2 every 30 days. The fact that you are on a 90 day plan doesnt change that. The only reason you get $6 is because rewards get applied during your plan renewal. So in your case it's currently $6.
