      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anybody have an idea why my Visa card keeps getting declined ? My bank says it's all good from their end it's that Public is not accepting it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does it matter that my Public address is diferent than my Visa address ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still waiting on a reply from a mod.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;make your selfserve adress the same as your cc address&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;leave out unit number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sometimes the leave out the last digit of postal code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if its urgent&amp;nbsp; buy a voucher from recharge.com&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mods are replying 72+ hours&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The account number stays&amp;nbsp;the same but the expiry date changed as well as the 3 digits on the back of my card. I forgot to change the 3 digits on my Public Account so it was denied.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
