I have been with Public Mobile for a few years and have used the same credit card even during my last payment. Now I am unable to pay for my plan and the transaction keeps getting declined.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/50133"&gt;@Neclo2&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website is finicky at times. &amp;nbsp;Maybe try a different web browser, clearing cache and incognito/privacy mode. &amp;nbsp;Make sure that the address matches exactly to your credit card company. &amp;nbsp;Leave the apartment number section blank. &amp;nbsp;If you have a credit card already registered with autopay, you can try to call 611 to process payment also. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Clearing cache, incognito window or another browser/computer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT: As this is a prepaid self serve carrier, there is no call centre where you can physically talk to a rep. Just the community and MODs that are very busy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
