on a 10 dollar plan got a 20 dollar voucher cause 10 not available at kiosk self serve says only good for 30 days why not 60

What does your balance show? It should show the $20 or $10 after your payment date. The amount does last until you use it up, so I don't think that you need to worry.

If you want, you can screenshot your payment history (without personal information) and display on this thread.

balance shows 24 dollars and self serve says payment due on nov9

No need to worry then.

After November 9, you will be left with $14 for the next month. The credit should not expire.
