@lsafadiamer , are your saying you cannot get to voice mail on the phone? Usually, speed dial 1 (long press 1) reaches voice mail. Alternatively, you can call yourself and bring up voice mail.

@lsafadiamerYou should be able to do that by following the instructions here. Roughly it is 3 1 then 3 again.
