      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have phone number 780xxx xxxx retailer punched it in for me cause i do not know and i even called his phone did not work then he tryed punching the code back into the 611 after he did it the first time. And second time it says it was already on use. Yet i am unable to make phone calls&lt;/P&gt;</description>
