    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/62615"&gt;@Souledout30&lt;/a&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was this an immediate plan change or did you make it happen at the renewal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This whole local/long distance business is getting more and more blurry as the telco's make more and more area codes and that more and more people have unlimited to somewhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For an easy possibility...did you dial a 1 in front of the 10 digits?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all I’ve tried to renew my plan online and all it did was take 10.00 from my balance and says it’s active but nothing was charged to my credit card and the phone still dose not work. What can I do to fix this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried that twice. When I make a call it says sorry I don’t have long distance. The numbers I’m calling are local and the plan suppose to include long distance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
