      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Is it a new sim? If old sim, try wiping the metallic side with alcohol and dust free cloth or use some sort of sticky tape to stuck away any tiny particles.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) If new sim, try to reinsert it into the sim card slot a few times. Did you try the same sim card on a different phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
