Yes, it is eligible. So, $8 per month with autopay.

Yes it is. I can confirm this 100%

But its actually $2 off per 30 days. Public mobile is not monthly, its per 30 days. There are actually 12.1667 terms per year here.

So you actually save $24.33 per year with auto pay on the $10 plan ($27.49 per year after 13% tax savings)

It saves $2 before taxes. So its like $2.26 off your plan per 30 days (if you are in 13% hst)
