No promotion at this time that meets your requirements.

The $25 plan has 1 GB data (with autopay) and unlimted text and CDN minutes.

The $25 plan less $2.00 for auto pay would work. That's $23.00!!!

No promotion for anything like that and I don't believe PM is likely to offer 1.5 GB for less than $25, although there's no harm in hoping:) I believe Freedom Mobile offer the 1.5 GB for $24 after autopay discount, however, their network is not as expansive as PM.

currently no plan or promotion but you can refer friend and/or earn commuity reward to get money and then use that to pay for data add on. every llittle bit helps
