      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unless I'm mistaken, *611 dosesn't work when the plan is suspended/expired.&amp;nbsp; Also, you can not open a self-serve account without receiving a text message, therefore not possible until contacting the Moderator_Team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I am mistaken, please correct me.&amp;nbsp; I've never been in an expired status in 3 years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can still get to the rest of the IVR without paying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a testing account not long ago that I let suspend for lack of payment. So that's why I know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
