I'm seeing the following when on the top right on overview page in self serve (which takes awful long to load):

From July 26-Aug 9, 2018 refer your friend to Public Mobile and both you and your friend will receive a one-time $25 account credit! See the Community for more details.

What's up with this referral offer that seems long gone, is it coming back perhaps?

This recently came back, might be a bug. Follow the announcements and expiry dates.

@popping that's not the right kind of tagging--it won't bring it to the moderator team's attention. Regardless, I don't think they're the right folks to tag, so I'm going to tag @Alan_K and @David_J. There appears to be some outdate promo text showing in the self-serve system, gents. Can you please review?
