    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to know how to get a refund for an accidental duplication of a payment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I accidentally &amp;nbsp;paid twice for a month of &amp;nbsp;August. Towards&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;the end of August I switched to Koodo. Since i am no longer a public mobile user&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;the duplicated payment will not be used for the month of September I would like to have a refund .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you were staying with PM it would be a credit for your next billed. I gussing you took the promotion with the $180 credit with Koodo. This is to cover any lost with leaving PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
